I retired from the United States Army after an exciting 20-year career. My time was spent with the 1st Ranger Battalion in Savannah, the 5th Ranger Training Battalion in Dahlonega Ga, and the 1st -501st Task Force at Ft Richardson, AK. I have resided in Dahlonega since 1989.
Prior to selling real estate, I worked at North Georgia College and State University as an operations officer for the Corps of Cadets. I am involved in the local community as a coach for little league sports and actively serve my church, Dahlonega Baptist, in a variety of positions.
I am a certified Appraiser and Real Estate agent (which helps me in determining market value and choosing the right house or land for you) specializing in the Dahlonega, Dawsonville, and Lumpkin County areas. My first year in real estate I was voted Rookie of the Year by the 400 North Board of Realtors with three million dollars in sales. My second year I was awarded the four million dollar award, and last year I was awarded the 5 million dollar award in sales. My goal is to provide you with superior service at all times. My local expertise and real estate experience will benefit you whether you are serious about buying, selling or renting a home now or in the future, or are a returning client checking out the many homeowner resources I offer.
